Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. After your order has been prepared and shipped, delivery generally takes 8–10 business days. Please keep in mind that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your purchase. We cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Although we work hard to have every order delivered on time, shipping delays may occasionally happen due to weather, customs, holidays, or carrier-related issues that are outside of our control.
